At samdoshayurveda.in, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for all our patients and clients. Please read the conditions below carefully before booking any consultation or service.

1. General Policy

By booking a consultation or service, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Amount debited but appointment not booked due to technical error.
• Accidental duplicate payment for the same service.
• Consultation cancelled by samdoshayurveda.in and no alternative slot is acceptable to you.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following situations:

• Once consultation has been completed (online or in-person).
• Patient does not attend the scheduled consultation (no-show).
• Patient chooses to discontinue treatment or does not follow prescribed plan.
• Dissatisfaction due to expectations of specific results or timelines, since results vary from person to person.
• Digital products such as e-books, diet charts, or reports delivered via email/WhatsApp.

4. Rescheduling

You may request rescheduling at least 4 hours prior to your consultation time, subject to doctor availability. Rescheduling request after the appointment time is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

If your case is eligible for a refund, please email us at samdoshayurveda@gmai.com with:

• Your full name
• Registered mobile number and email
• Payment date and transaction ID / screenshot
• Reason for requesting refund

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Actual credit to your bank/card depends on your bank or payment provider.

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
